This feature enables you to seamlessly share event details with platforms like Google Calendar, Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway, TripAdvisor, VRBO, and FlipKey.
How to use
- Accessing the Feature:
- Log in to your WordPress admin panel.
- Navigate to “InputWP” in the left-hand menu.
- Click on “Integration.”
- Under the “Export” section, click on “Add New” to create a new export rule or edit an existing one.
- Configuring Export Settings:
- Provide a name for the export using the “Label (Optional)” input field. This label helps you identify the export rule.
- Toggle the switch button for “Include also the events that are imported” based on your preference. This determines whether you want to export both captured events and imported events.
- Use the checkboxes in the “Select Calendar(s)” section to select or multi-select the “Events” you want to include in this export configuration. You can have multiple export configurations to control different event sets.
- After selecting the events, click the “Generate .ics” button. This will generate a URL that you can copy and use in the desired external platform.
- Managing Export Rules:
- You can create multiple export rules to tailor your exports based on different event sets.
